All Saints’ Buildings 2010 Update
This has been a busy year at All Saints with many repair and upgrade projects either completed or underway. Earlier this year, both the upper and lower halls received a fresh paint job thanks to a grant that we received in support of our Outreach programs namely Soup’s On! and Music and Munch. We also replaced a number of widows which had lost their seals.
The lower hall floor has been re-glued to resolve a long standing issue of the linoleum lifting.
A major spring cleanout of All Saints has dramatically improved our storage space and the overall use of our rooms.
In November a new sink and grease trap was installed in the kitchen in response to the Health inspector’s recent report indicating the need to have a dedicated hand washing station.
Exterior painting of all of the fascia and window trim has also been recently completed.
A new announcement board outside the main entrance was constructed ( thanks to Mike Lourim) and both sign posts at the street edge have received a fresh coat of paint.
