All uses of the halls, kitchens and church will be billed according to the rate schedule. Any requests for exceptions to this policy must be brought before the Finance Committee for recommendation and subsequently before Parish Council for approval. To obtain a copy of the full Rental Agreement, please contact the parish office at ssanglican@shaw.ca.
PLEASE NOTE that church-related activities may take priority over all events/groups (eg. Holy Eucharist services, Funerals and Memorials, Weddings, Bible Studies, Parish Workshops, Fundraisers, and Special Ceremonies and Quiet Days, including Christmas and Easter Holy Days).
Every effort will be made to avoid the necessity of cancellation, but in the event a cancellation is unavoidable, you will be notified in advance of the cancellation (an alternate hall may be made available if not already in use).
