Lolla Devindisch has been a dancer all her life both professionally and simply for pleasure. She has lived on Salt Spring Island, B.C. since 1981 as part of the ever-growing artistic community. Her contribution to the island’s creative life continues as a dancer, choreographer, producer, and writer of poetry, fiction, and non-fiction. Her work is greatly influenced by her experience in the dance world and as a spiritual seeker. She has published two books of poetry as well as a recent memoir titled A Dancer’s Pilgrimage. Lolla also worked as a florist for thirteen years.

Lolla has been a member of All Saints by-the-Sea since 1984 as a chorister and server.
Fun fact
Lolla loves long walks in nature, gardening, and dancing with her friends in an improv dance collective to stave off rigor mortis.
